Anise Hyssop or Licorice Mint is a great perennial to add to your garden to attract droves of different pollinators or to grow leaves for tea. It's also drought tolerant and rarely requires any watering. It also blooms over a long period, so you have purple flowers for 6-8 weeks in mid to late summer.
