1 LBS SPRING, SUMMER, AND EARLY FALL CONSERVATION FOOD PLOT MIX FOR DEER, TURKEY, QUAIL, RABBITS, AND OTHER WILDLIFE This special conservation food plot mix is formulated to appeal to a wide range of wildlife including deer, turkey, quail, rabbits and more. This mix contains the following seed ingredients: German Millet 28.75%WGF Sorghum 24.50%Peredovic Sunflower 14.25%Rox Orange Forage Sorghum 9.50%Red Ripper Cowpeas 9.00%Buckwheat 4.50%Black Laredo Soybeans 4.25% As you can see, this is a premium blend of both legumes and grasses that will appeal to a wide range of wildlife species. It should be planted at the rate of 25-50 lbs per acre and should be planted from May thru July. Plant no more than 1/4 to 1/2 inch deep. This mix will provide high quality forage all the way through the Spring and Summer and also would be great for early season bowhunting. In August or September, you could plant a Fall Food Plot such as wheat, oats, austrian winter peas, rye, and brassicas that will give you forage all the way through the Fall and Winter hunting season. This would be an excellent plan for attracting and holding deer and other wildlife in the area you plan to hunt.
